NOW...The year is 2011. The Croatoan virus was unleashed just under a year ago and the world has already been plunged further into Hell. Those few that remain have banded together in order to prevent their very extinction. The cities, though still populated, have become a breeding ground for disease and the dead litter the streets and houses throughout the once busy neighborhoods. The towns fared a little better and some still manage to function as they once did. There are few that were untouched by what occurred, but such places do exist for now.

A small town in Minnesota by the name of Arbutus is one of the few that have truly become safe havens. Relatively isolated from the outside world, the small piece of civilization has become the home of the Winchester brothers and anyone else who wishes to band together to fight Lucifer and his host of demons. The rebellious angels, under the guidance of Castiel, have also settled here in a church in the center of town. While they do what they can to assist the hunters and the other residents, Castiel's main goal is still to find the father who has been noticeably absent through all the most recent events.

Lucifer, of course, has found a base of his own. Laying claim to the former residence of the Winchester family, he and his minions call Lawrence, Kansas home for the present. They've overrun the town and few humans remain. Those that do tend to have supernatural inclinations and it has become a mecca for witches, vampires, and the like. Having taken a new vessel until he can inhabit that which is meant for him, Lucifer is biding his time and making plans to truly annihilate humanity. Once he's done, it's only a matter of time before the demons hit the chopping block.

It's only a matter of time before one of the sides reaches their ultimate goal. Maybe it's best to simply ABANDON ALL HOPE !
