Appearance
Iago has dark brown hair and equally dark eyes, countered by quite fair skin. Usually his face is kept free from hair, but with his living circumstances a few days' beard can occasionally be found on his face. He considers himself very good-looking, and makes sure to keep himself and his clothes clean and whole. He considers his looks important for his profession, and so survival, and makes sure to take care of them best he can.
Personality
An orphan, Iago has learned to take care of himself best he can. He has no problems with breaking laws if it suits him, and his actions are generally altogether selfish. Stealing has become almost a way of life for him, since it is the easiest way of getting money. The reason for him residing to stealing is his laziness and unwillingness to do more than necessary for his survival. But at the same time, Iago has no scruples when it comes to reaching his goals. He has always had great dreams and he has no problem with using other for his own gain, and here he has none of his usual laziness.
Iago is self confident bordering to arrogant. Often than he admits he speaks before thinking, especially when it comes to judging others and critizising. He is smart enough to realise when he is asking for a fight, but that doesn't always stop him from provoking one. However, he follows the stereotypical thief and will rather run than fight once the fight is provoked. He avoids physical fights whenever he has the chance, since he is well aware that he can easily find himself beaten. This has made Iago a superb runner, both for speed and distance. Being chased obviously increases ones energy supply remarkably, but even without a pursuer Iago can run far and fast.
Another thing that tends to get Iago into trouble is that he is quite a ladies' man. This also lowers his usual guard and can often put him in tricky situations. He rarely expects rejection, and tends not to give up very easily. However, once he gets what he wants he is satisfied, and he is not the kind of man that is prone to commitment. Quite the opposite, if a woman falls asleep next to Iago she might very well wake up alone the next morning, with a few pieces of jewellery missing.
Family
Iago is an orphan, and so does not remember any family. He has not had a foster family or anything like that, and so he has not taken a new family either.
Skills
Iago has a beautiful singing voice, and is also skilled in other forms of entertainment such as juggling. Also, he has become quite an accomplished pickpocket after his life of surviving alone. He also has an ability to talk himself out of a lot of trouble, and he is quite skilled as an actor, which comes in very handy.
Strengths
One of Iago's strengths is his self confidence. He believes in himself in almost every situation, and this alone gets him through a lot of things. Also, he is gifted with a very optimistic look on life, and never wastes an opportunity to enjoy himself.
Weaknesses
Iago is a coward, and he is aware of his inabilities in physical fights. He will run if the slightest chance is given. This cowardice appears not only when talking about fights, but Iago is quite the chicken in general. He does not appriciate danger for the sake of it, but rather feels safe.
Another weakness of Iago's is his unreliability and evasion of commitments. He breaks promises if it gains him, and is the most useless keeper of secrets there is.

Iago is afraid of dogs, after being chased by them on several occasions. He also avoids all people who are associated with the long arm of the law, and will politely seek different company if he ends up with them under any circumstances.
